How can I re-size my msn home page to fit within my display window?

I'm not talking font size. or resolution. On regular screen NOT full screen I have to use the Scroll bar at the bottom to see the page. How do I make it fit within the margin?
I even went to advanced settings and reset but still Gigantic Home page.. I don't need 24" wide.
please help?
